Over twenty years ago I started my own DUI criminal defense law firm in Orlando called Private Counsel, LLC. Private Counsel is a private law firm with sections dedicated to all criminal defense work, Assault an Battery/Domestic Battery Defense, traffic tickets, with an emphasis on helping people accused of DUI. I also assist UCF students who have found themselves in trouble at UCF for Golden Rule violations or .02 BAC DMV suspensions.
My practice is focused on DUI and CRIMINAL DEFENSE.

My experience
I hired Mr Douctre and paid him in full and he told me I was given a better deal than I actually was given to get me to take the first plea. After getting out of jail mr Douctre wouldn’t answer my calls or texts. That speaks volumes, just be careful.

Replied last January 26, 2023I have not ever represented a person named “Emily” in a criminal matter in 20 years of private practice. This is a fraudulent review. "Emily" claims she "got a better deal than she was actually given." I am not sure what that even means, or how that can occur since the judge in every case says "is that your understanding of the terms of the plea agreement" before the person accepts it and is sentenced, so this bogus situation is factually flawed. "Emily" failed to leave the county and case number because it doesn't exist. That said, I am flattered that someone is so jealous of me so as to pose as a client to try to harm my reputation, but you failed again. :) Now back to work giving my clients the best service money can buy.--

Great lawyer
Husband was looking at 3 years and his first court date he got time served which was only 3 months and reinstated probation. Shon answered all questions when needed. Shon made miracles happen. Shon has always exceeded our expectations. He's worth every penny.
