Sherri and Andrew Windle represented me in a very complicated marital litigation that lasted some 4 or 5 years. They have been very honest and focused. They got me the child support I wanted in addition to many more things. They are thorough, knew my case very well, and handled the whole process very... professionally! I feel so blessed to have had them on my side throughout this difficult matter. There is nothing easy about divorce alone and it is even more atrocious when small children are involved. Paid over $50K in legal fees. Dewitt did not prevail even when it was a "no brainer". Her incompetence cost me $84K (above what would have been a fair settlement) to the opposing plus her fees.. Example 1: We provided documents requested by opposing council. Opposing scheduled a hearing to obtai...n the documents a second time. Dewitt sent a paralegal to the hearing. Result: I paid court costs, opposing attorney fees and Dewitt Example 2: We provided documents to opposing, got written signed receipt stating return at end of proceedings. When I wanted my documents returned, Dewitt stated she could not prevail even with the signed stipulation. Comments: Uses paralegals for everything with minimal oversight. I believe her motivation is strictly monetary.

I feel like Sherri Dewitt and everyone at her firm are members of my family. They represented me in a very bitter and contentious custody dispute. My case went on and off for over 7 years and the Dewitt Law firm stood by me every step of the way and made sure as a father- I was granted the custody ...I am rightfully and legally due. Now- that I have custody of my daughter- Ms. Dewitt still calls to see how my family is doing. If not for the work she and Andrew Windle did- I would still be struggling to see my children.
