Best Choice for Orange County and Apopka

I hired Mr Richardson when my cousin gave a recommendation and Mr Richardson's number. Scott met me on a Sunday and went over everything. I had criminal charges on me and Mr Richardson felt like he would get the charges reduced or dismissed. As predicted, the charge was dismissed! Mr Richardson is ve...ry well known in Apopka for his excellent work as it turns out. He has represented a number of people I know in Orlando that had amazing things to say about him. He is always prepared and informative. His office staff is super responsive and they speak Spanish. Everyone at the courthouse knew him when we went in, and I was treated very well. If you are looking for a superior defense attorney, look no more and call Scott Richardson

He Saved My Rear End, That's for Sure!

My title says it all. I was in a ton of trouble, and Scott Richardson saved my life. It was a drug charge, and I was looking at state prison time if convicted. He was aggressive and thorough from the start, and filed a motion to suppress evidence because of mistakes by the police at the time of my ar...rest. After a long hearing, Scott found lots of inconsistent statements in the arresting officer's testimony, and the motion to suppress the evidence was granted! What impressed me most about Scott was not just his attention to detail, but also the thorough way he researched the law, and came to court armed with all kinds of court decisions, much more than the prosecutor did. And before the hearing took place, he and his staff answered all of my questions, and were really helpful in bringing peace of mind to both me and wife. I never lost my job, never had to go to prison, and my life would be a whole lot worse right now if it weren't for Scott. I'd recommend him to ANYBODY, and he's my family's attorney for life!

Super Hero Attorney

My husband was in Florida for the month of December, 2014 and was arrested for urinating in public and was charged with a felony because he was seen by people. This was the worst nightmare we have ever experienced. We found an attorney who recommend Scott to handle our case. He was able to get the... charge reduced to a misdemeanor. He and his staff kept us informed every step in the legal process as this was a first for us. Thankfully, my husband was given probation and community service that could be done in the state where we live. We learned from someone else that another person who had another attorney, received a 3-year sentence for urinating in public. Scott and his expert staff were all professional and yet compassionate in helping us through this extremely stressful time. They provided top quality service and we were very, very happy with the result. We look at criminal defense attorneys in a new and positive light thanks to Scott.

Wastes no time!!

Scott Richardson was referred to me by one of my clients. Having never been in court or ever having anything filed against me, I was quite nervous. He clearly explained every detail of the case with me, assured and reassured how things would take place. He was confident, concerned, detail oriented an...d wasted no time. He's extremely easy to talk to and always held to his word. The outcome of my case was fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone. Definetly a lawyer whom you can trust to have only your best interest in mind.

A Natural and honest Lawyer...YES they exist

Finding an Attorney is an easy task in Orlando, however finding Scott Richardson was an absolute blessing. Scott is intelligent, compassionate and professional. While going through my divorce I met with several attorneys to represent me in my case, there was no one that compared to the comfort I in...stantly felt in Scott’s office. His assistant was consistent with keeping me in the loop on my case and was always there with a shoulder to cry on when things became stressful. The Richardson law firm not only helped me in my case but also showed me that all lawyers are not the same. Scott genuinely cares and puts his heart and soul into every case that crosses his desk. He was always available to answer questions and ease my concerns as they arose. His expertise and caring nature sets him high above any other attorney in Orlando. His effortless victory in my case supported his level of knowledge of the law as well as his commitment to favorable outcomes for me as his client.
