So grateful

Without a doubt the kindest and most gracious, yet professional and tenacious person I have met in any field of endeavor. My scenario was the first for me. Having been arrested for DUI, during the day and a very grievous mistake, as a professional an father of 2 children, I screwed up. I was referred... to Scott and immediately he calmed my fears. He was congenial, friendly, knowledgeable and continually contacted me to assure not only myself, but my wife, was doing well through the process. In the courtroom, he was at ease with the process, stood with me and never left me alone in my fearful state. He was amazing. I would consider Scott to be a genuine person with a love for people and a spirit of excellence in his work.

Changed my life!

In 2009-10, I had a terrible mistake in judgment and received a DUI arrest, 3rd in just over 10 years. The offense is a criminal offense with priors that had the potential to end up as a long jail or even prison sentence. Scott's compassion and understanding meant that I not only hired a lawyer, but ...I also hired an advocate and a friend. I wish I could say I had the same confidence throughout the process as Scott did, but in the end his confidence proved to be professional grasp of the law, litigation and understand of different Florida jurisdictions and state attorneys. While I did net (and deserved) 30 days in the county jail, Scott negotiated with the presiding Judge and assistant state attorney so that I could serve my time on the weekends and keep my job, career and family financials in tact. What are the lessons learned?........"never drink and drive - EVER, and if things don't go the way they should, call Scott Richardson today!"

Great Lawyer

Scott handled my DUI case with pure professionalism. I have never been in trouble with the law up until now and I did not know what to expect but he walked me through my case with ease. Scott got the DUI reduced to a reckless driving non-alcohol related and he got them to withhold adjudication. He al...so got me out of a ticket I received when I got arrested (blowing by a state trooper doing 80 in a 65 is not a good idea). To say that I am happy with my lawyer is an understatement thank you Scott you are a badass.

Scott Saved My Life

I was facing a DUI Felony that after many attempts to get the charges dropped or reduced it eventually led to a trial that decided how the rest of my life would go, against all odds and the states evidence Scott saw me through the trial which ended with an acquittal. On top of which he worked with me... on paying him back. God Bless This Man, if you are in trouble, you better call this man. Thanks Again Scott!
