Handled my case quickly and professionally

I’m really glad I called Scott for a consultation. He was easy to reach, straightforward, and clear about my options from the start. I was dealing with a time-sensitive family matter, and he moved quickly with a solid plan. What I appreciated most is that he did exactly what he said he would do. N...o runaround, just honest guidance and effective action. His fee was reasonable, and he even gave me time to pay, which I truly appreciated. Professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

So grateful

Without a doubt the kindest and most gracious, yet professional and tenacious person I have met in any field of endeavor. My scenario was the first for me. Having been arrested for DUI, during the day and a very grievous mistake, as a professional an father of 2 children, I screwed up. I was referred... to Scott and immediately he calmed my fears. He was congenial, friendly, knowledgeable and continually contacted me to assure not only myself, but my wife, was doing well through the process. In the courtroom, he was at ease with the process, stood with me and never left me alone in my fearful state. He was amazing. I would consider Scott to be a genuine person with a love for people and a spirit of excellence in his work.

Grateful

Scott is by far the most professional, outstanding attorney that I have ever met. He accomplishes miracles when we don't feel we deserve them. Scott always lets you know it is his job to worry through whatever it is you are going through, it is your job to get better and do the work you need to do.... He was not only my lawyer, he was my best friend and cared enough to kick my butt when I needed it most. It has taken me five years to write this review because of the shame I felt as I am a professional and everything in my life looked great to the outside world but was so wrong on the inside. There were days I did not want to live due to the shame and guilt I was feeling. He not only got me through my current legal issues with very little pain, he constantly reminded me that I needed to live one day at a time and make the changes needed to live a beautiful, healthy life from then on. He never judged me and followed up by giving me the tools and encouragement to do the work. I can now say today, I called him to thank him and let him know he is one of the most essential people in my life and truly made a difference. He will always have your back and be brutally honest when you need it. I have recommended Scott to family and friends for many issues, including family law because sometimes we need someone who will not just coddle or tell us what we want to hear, we need someone who will tell us the truth, get to the point and get the job done. Thank you, Scott for showing me how to truly live my best life and get through the most difficult times I have ever been through. Today, my life is beautiful and I and I am truly thriving again. One day at a time.

Awesome Attorney

A few years ago I was referred to Mr. Richardson for a family member who had gotten in some trouble. Mr. Richardson made himself available immediately for me and my family member. He made calls, visits and guided us through every detail and step we took. He has since become the "family" attorney a...nd is always available for all the needs. He is on point, carries himself very well in the courtroom and with other legal counsel, very passionate about his clients and law. I would never hesitate to hand out Mr. Richardson's number to anyone who is in need. He is attentive, responsive and caring to all needs of his clients and their family members. If you need an attorney, look no further. Scott Richardson is the one to call!!!

Aggressive, Skillful, Prudent, and Caring Attorney that Get's Great Results

If you are considering hiring an attorney for your family or criminal case then you need look no further than Mr. Richardson. Take my advice as a former client of Scott's on both family law and criminal cases, you need to hire Scott Richardson. I hope I never have another criminal or family law cas...e again; but, if I do, Scott will be the one and only attorney I will call. I have known Scott for 15 years both personally and professionally and I can guarantee that you will not find a better lawyer to handle your case. There are many positive things I can say about Scott but when you are a client and either your freedom is on the line for a criminal case or your child visitation/marital problems hang in the balance the bottom line is you want results. And Scott Richardson is the attorney that can get you the results you need when the two most important things in life, your freedom or your family, hang in the balance as Scott has handled both these types of cases for me superbly. As an example, just a couple of months ago Scott was able to have my probation terminated in only ONE-THIRD of the time I was sentenced, which is unheard of since judges generally will not even consider early termination until you have done AT LEAST HALF of your time. The Judge granted our motion terminating my probation early after a hearing that Scott did a most excellent job presenting and I could not have been happier. This was a very big deal with a lot on the line for me and my family all of whom were in attendance at the hearing. We were so happy and so relieved after the hearing that I finally had my freedom restored and could begin putting my life back together. But here is the kicker and this is the other thing you should know about Scott. Not only does Scott perform very well when it counts and gets great results but Scott genuinely cares. As excited and happy as my family and I were, Scott was equally happy for us. That is what I want in my lawyer someone that is aggressive, skillful, prudent, and genuinely cares about me and how the outcome of my case will affect me and my family. That is what you should want in a lawyer, and that is why if you are reading this and are considering whether to hire Scott then do yourself a favor and be assured that hiring Scott Richardson will be the best decision you could ever make.
