Mary Catherine E Losey

Catherine has represented Fortune 20 companies and individuals at all stages of litigation in state, federal, and administrative forums. Her experience includes litigating class and collective action lawsuits, acting as electronic discovery counsel in cases nationwide, representing one of the nation’s largest insurance carriers in life benefit claim cases governed by ERISA, and serving as counsel for numerous banks and financial institutions. 

Prior to founding Losey PLLC, Catherine was a commercial litigator at a national law firm and eDiscovery counsel for an international labor and employment law firm. 

Catherine graduated cum laude from the University of Florida College of Law, where she served on the Executive Board of the Florida Law Review, as a member of Florida Blue Key, and received a Book Award in Legal Drafting and honors in Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy. While in law school, Catherine interned for the Honorable Steven D. Merryday of the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
