Divorce

I went into the office for a consultation for a divorce, I was so impress I hired them right there and then, she took care of everything and wad divorce within 1 month of hiring her.

Professional - Attentive - Caring

Lusan & her team were hired to assist us in relocating our minor daughter out of the state of Florida. They worked swiftly from day one to ensure all information was gathered and that the reason of the move would make sense to the legal proceedings. Lusan is experienced and knowledgeable as to stat...e laws for this type of case and ensured that all steps were properly covered. Our case was resolved in record time. Not all are that easy, but having an attorney who communicates and can explains each step makes all the difference in the world. Highly recommended.

Excellent, Direct, Get's It Done!!!

We met with Lusan for a consultation and we knew right away that she was the attorney for us. She was tough and up front about everything. Our case involved paternity, parental time sharing and child support. Lusan from the beginning was always up front and gave her best advise. We explained our ...situation and she suggested we could ask the court for a GAL to be appointed to our case so that way our son's voice could be heard and all our bases were covered. After we got paternity established, we continued with getting parental time sharing. Unfortunately, the mother in our case was a little difficult so mediation did not work out for us. After expressing to Lusan our concerns for our son being with his mother full time because of things he told us and we had witnessed, she suggested we could get a temporary relief hearing in getting a parenting plan established. Between the interviews the GAL done, and the evidence we had presented in court, the judge ruled in our favor. We started out with nothing and the tables were turned. Mother only had every other weekend, plus 1 weekday evening and holidays. We tried to settle again outside of court but the mother did not want too. So when we went to court via Virtual Court and child support would now be established, our results were more than what we were expecting. We WON and everything we wanted got granted. Lusan was always reasonable about what our next move should be, and she was always upfront about what the costs were. Throughout our process she was aware of the money we were spending and would always try not to cost us unnecessary fees. She is absolutely amazing and we would recommend her to anyone. Our mother in this case is actually still dealing with Lusan because a father from another one of her children is using her as well. That itself, says everything. Our family is truly and forever thankful for Lusan and her team. She is always quick with emails and phone calls and always will let you know what is going on. We never felt like we were kept in the dark about anything. She truly is an angel to our family. Thank you Lusan and your team for everything you have done for us.

I work for Disney and they recommended lusan. I'm glad they did.Her and her staff were amazing. They were there all the time when you called for questions. She helped me with the adoption of my little girl.

Amazing, assertive and caring!

I have been a client of Lusan’s for years. She helped me through my divorce and recently went to trial for me with a custody issue. Lusan is by far the most thorough attorney in Central Florida. She pays attention to details like no other. She is calm, rational and assertive when needed. She took... on my case and followed it to the very end to make sure every loose end was tied up. Amazing!!
