Justin Infurna

I'm a victim of Justin R. Infurna. He took $5000.00 from me almost 2 years ago and he never filed my case. He recently closed his office without saying anything or returning my money as well as many other victims. Both phone numbers I have for him are disconnected. He also very recently pulled his w...ebsite down; https://alwaysavailablelawyer.com. It's like he disappeared into thin air and is nowhere to be found. The Florida Bar is investigating him but what the heck will that do? That won't help me or get my money back. Take him to small claims court? I'm pretty sure he'll file bankruptcy to avoid paying people back. He should be investigated for fraud. Not only is he a horrible do nothing lawyer but he is also cruel and heartless and steals thousands and thousands of dollars from people. I may end up filing a police report.

I consulted him on an issue, he gave me an appx figure and then told me he didn’t understand what I sent him in my first email to him, but yet gave me a price. Seemed odd but some people operate differently than others. I went and did my own research and found that this man has civil lawsuits against... him from former clients all with the same matter of suits which is services not rendered. I then informed him I would not be needing his services and he said “Don’t need your money” “cause you’re a dummie”. If that doesn’t speak volumes I don’t know what does. Dodged a bullet, but some didn’t sad to say. He needs some time in jail as he thinks he’s above the law.

Justin infurna is nothing but a scammer. Once he has your retainer he does next to nothing. He doesn't communicate he generalizes his responses has no time for phone calls or to review anything and not only that he didn't show up for two court hearings one of which had the judge ordered a warrant fo...r me would have put me in jail to remain until the trial which could be years. He will not take responsibility for this and frankly isn't even familiar w my case after almost one year. He's resorted to verbally insulting me calling names ,telling me I'm sick. Oh yes I'm sick to want my lawyer to show up and or communicate about each court date and the results for the next step. He sing a song of sorrow "woe is me "about his life ...as if it doesn't matter that his screw up would land me in jail and that's where I'd be right now had the judge gone ahead w the warrant but he waited because he couldn't believe it was possible that no one showed up. I had filed a waiver of appearance but stupidly believed Justin had some competence. .my bad.now taking him to court to get initial monies refunded for lack of everything see forth in the implied promise to perform by the bars standards.

I’m just curious how this poor excuse of a man sleeps at night. If you are somehow tricked into thinking this “lawyer” is a good fit for you, I beg you to read the real reviews below and not the fake ones he has his friends make to try to drown out the truth. Justin is a scam artist, a con man, and c...onstantly has “excuses” as to why he’s sooo busy and cannot fulfill his duties. He will promise you just about anything to get your money and that will be the last your hear from him. I really don’t understand how Justin is still practicing law, it makes me sick to know all of the things he has done to innocent people. He will absolutely take advantage of you to get your foot in the door and then you will never hear from him again. Client after client have the same story about this dude. He claims to be “always available” and yet you can’t ever actually meet with the guy. He doesn’t even have a real office. Stay away unless you want to be robbed of your money and your case because you will lose both!
