I hired Justin to do a defamation case. 4 years and nothing. My case keeps getting dismissed. Last time we had court hearing he didn't show up. It was me and the judge. So after I spent 3000 dollars I represented myself. I asked for my paperwork back and he will not give it to me unless I call... him. I am over him. He also uses misogynistic tones. I am reporting him to the bar association. DO NOT HIRE HIM.

I'm a victim of Justin R. Infurna. He took $5000.00 from me almost 2 years ago and he never filed my case. He recently closed his office without saying anything or returning my money as well as many other victims. Both phone numbers I have for him are disconnected. The Florida Bar is investigating him but what the heck will that do? That won't help me or get my money back. Take him to small claims court? I'm pretty sure he'll file bankruptcy to avoid paying people back. He should be investigated for fraud. Not only is he a horrible do nothing lawyer but he is also cruel and heartless and steals thousands and thousands of dollars from people. I may end up filing a police report.
