Jim was an excellent lawyer and was able to settle with my ex after a really bad breakup. This kept me from having an injunction on my permanent record. He was calm and didn't mind repeating himself when necessary. I was not very calm about the whole situation but he was great. I highly recommend him.... He is very professional. I hope this never happens to me again but if so I will go to him.

I was connected to Mr. Gigliotti through my criminal defense lawyer who is very respected and has been in private defense for 30 years and told me he directs all domestic issues to Mr. Gigliotti. I had some personal issues and got an injunction against me and first called my lawyer, and when I spoke... to him he informed me he doesn't handle these issues and directed me to Mr. Gigliotti, who I remembered because my lawyer had suggested him previously about five years ago when I was going through some child support issues, and then Mr. Gigliotti was very kind and told me I should just save the money I have and bring it to court and offer that as payment on child support rather than higher him, because that would keep me out of jail. So I was very happy to call him and hire him for my current issue. He was extremely attentive to every question i have. I never had any issue contacting him. He always answered my texts, emails and phone calls even when at lunch. He has become more than my lawyer he has become a trusted confident and friend. I would suggest him to anyone. He has gone above and beyond anything I could ever ask for. He has given me guidance and has done everything in his power to help me get through this personally and professionally. I have no ill feeling to him, and even when our judge made crazy decisions he found ways to get us in front of the judge again and was and is persistent to make sure I was and am satisfied with his work on my case. I have worked with many lawyers in my life unfortunately and James by far was the best and most pleasant I have ever dealt with. He truly seemed concerned about me and not when my payment would get to him. I give you my word on God and my children that he is the best choice.
