I am very fortunate to have been referred to Mr. Gigliotti. He not only contacted me that evening, at around 10pm, on Christmas Eve, but was also given great advice from him that evening, before I had even retained him. James not only advised me not to postpone the proceedings, which was my instinct, but informed me that even if proven, did not prove the charge of Domestic Violence. I was flabbergasted, but when the court proceedings went down, he was proven completely correct. Not only was he 100% correct about the Statute, the complete lack of evidence, and that he would so completely blow the oppositions case out of the building, I was able to take the stand, and in some measure, vindicate myself. I would highly recommend his Law Office, and James personally, and after seeing him in action, can tell you that he was worth every cent I paid him, which was a lot less than I expected, over a holiday, and what my brother paid to set me up, by about 75%. James Gigliottii is an excellent attorney. We hired him to defend our daughter and he did a superb job. He was always available whenever we needed to speak with him. When I had a situation when I needed to hire a lawyer I searched the internet. It was late at night and I got recorded messages that my call would be returned. I needed someone immediately. I was connected to Mr. Gigliotti through my criminal defense lawyer who is very respected and has been in private defense for 30 years and told me he directs all domestic issues to Mr. Gigliotti.
