I am very fortunate to have been referred to Mr. Gigliotti. He not only contacted me that evening, at around 10pm, on Christmas Eve, but was also given great advice from him that evening, before I had even retained him. After speaking to him for about 15 minutes, I knew I had the correct person for t...he job. His knowledge of the Statute involved, the players involved in the case, and his demeanor during this stressful time for me, enabled me to enjoy my holiday as best as I could. He also was able to place me in contact with the Osceola Clerks office, where I was able to find out the specific allegations against me. On their face, I was the worst human to walk the planet since Osama Bin Laden, as the charges were completely fabricated. I will tell you, I was extremely upset in being portrayed in that light, and at being set up for another by another extremely expensive member of the Bar, my Mother’s Senior attorney, as well as my Brothers. James not only advised me not to postpone the proceedings, which was my instinct, but informed me that even if proven, did not prove the charge of Domestic Violence. I was flabbergasted, but when the court proceedings went down, he was proven completely correct. Not only was he 100% correct about the Statute, the complete lack of evidence, and that he would so completely blow the oppositions case out of the building, I was able to take the stand, and in some measure, vindicate myself. I would highly recommend his Law Office, and James personally, and after seeing him in action, can tell you that he was worth every cent I paid him, which was a lot less than I expected, over a holiday, and what my brother paid to set me up, by about 75%. Unbelievably satisfied, because of his expertise, I am able to see my MOTHER!!! God Bless him, from myself and my mother.

James is a consummate professional. His work ethic coupled with his communication style never left me in doubt of who was representing me. My case was VERY complex and James did his due diligence prior to my even hiring him.
