Skilled and respected

I am a retired judge. He always zealously advocated for his clients and has one of the best jury selection.

Simply the Best

David Bigney and his law firm are hands down the best in Central Florida! When he says no case is too big or small to defend, he means it. I was charged with a misdemeanor, that had some very serious professional consequences. David fought for me for two long years. He was honest and unwavering in ...his abilities to defend me in court. The case eventually went to trial. David Bigney and Jason Bankowitz were outstanding in presenting my case to the jury. I was acquitted of all charges thanks to the Bigney Law Firm! Top Notch Lawyer! Highly Recommended!

I have hired David Bigney on numerous occasions within the last 8 years. With cases ranging from minor allegations, to some with much more serious repercussions. David has stood along my side since day one, and has made sure that every last one of my options gets thoroughly explored! Once David take...s you on as a client, you can breath easy knowing that your best shot at defense is already taking the necessary steps required to help you win your case! What I respect about David the most is the fact that he's not scared to "take on" the state if it means protecting your Constitutional Rights! When you sit with David he will explain exactly what the best approach to your case would be. He then will aggressively execute your specified strategy in hopes of getting you the outcome your hoping for! I have had a few out of state attorneys contact David for his expert advise on cases where I was unable to hire David as my primary attorney! And even then David without hesitation has made sure that the necessary documents that are required to represent me out of state were prepared and ready to be submitted to the judge in case I wasn't satisfied with my out of state representation. David's knowledge of the law surpasses that of any attorney I have met! David prides himself on protecting his clients! I for one can speak from experience when saying that David Bigney is by far the best attorney in Florida! There's plenty of lawyers in Florida, but finding one who takes care of his clients like David does is not only rare, but is literally like looking for a needle in a hay stack! David is the best, I highly recommend speaking with him before settling for a lawyer you doesn't care about your future! Thank you David for your years of representation!
