My daughter got a ticket for running a stop light by an automated camera. She was in a group of cars going through while the light turned from yellow to red. The car was registered to me in another state so "I" got the ticket mailed to me and charged to my license. Albert took on the case and got i...t dismissed without even any court costs. Way to go Albert !

I was pulled over for going 9 mph over the speed limit. I was written a total of three citations. One for speeding, one for failure to provide insurance at the scene of a crash, and one for driving on a suspended license. Long story short, it was not accurate that my license had been suspended, nor t...hat I failed to provide proof of insurance. I provided Albert's offices with paperwork proving such and they got all three of my citations dismissed for a very reasonable fee. I did not even have to appear in court myself.

Short of it - laser improperly used, officer refused to show me readings. Stated he clocked me on a curve behind 2 other vehicles. I contacted Mr. Pucylowski's office. I was sent a request for statement and provided pictures and measurements of the ticket site showing how it wasn't possible to take a... reading. Case Dismissed !!! I haven't had a speeding ticket in 25 years, thanks Again !!

Albert and his staff, especially his legal assistant/office manager Ms. Carrillo were very attentive, honest, professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process with myself and my traffic infraction. They were extremely honest with the best and worst case scenarios but left me with extreme... confidence when building a packet to help defend my case. I never had any doubt and always had a contact to speak to if I ever had a question or concern about my case. Would highly recommend. Also, with me being in the Army, Albert assured me and proved he treats Veterans with VIP status, having an extensive military as well as public service background himself.
