Albert W. Pucylowski

Albert was awesome! I called the office and spoke with him directly on the phone (which is really nice bc it wasn’t just an assistant telling me to call back later or something) and I literally had two days before I was supposed to present to the court; he said he would represent me and was honest ab...out my outcomes. He doesn’t make any favorable outcome promises but it was still comforting to hear that he would try for the best regardless. My case was dismissed and I don’t regret calling this firm!

This ‘firm’ has the worst attitude toward their clients. I recently hired them because I received a ticket for driving without headlights in fog and because I have never had a ticket I decided to get a lawyer to resolve the case. You never get contact with Albert Pucylowski unless you absolutely insi...st, and when I finally did speak with him, he found it more important to belittle me asking things such as “Are you a lawyer?” He entered a No contest plea and when I asked him why he just went on to basically say “maybe you know more about being a lawyer” I will say this, I got points removed and no traffic school but court cost is more and it seemed to be a quick turn over case where he didn’t even try to reduce the cost. Down the line he only did the bare minimum and didn’t case to explain why he entered that plea. His office ‘administrator’ was also very rude and dismissive as I was trying to get information about my hearing. She said not to come ‘barging into their office’ and ‘not to email them’ when I asked to speak to the lawyer in person. It’s no use asking them anything because they insist on arguing with you. Just save you money and time, or better yet get a better lawyer who will do their best to get the best outcome.

I hired Albert to fight a traffic citation and a misdemeanor offence related to driving for UBER. It claimed he could drop the misdemeanor down to a Ticket and get the ticket thrown out and that I would have to pay a small fine. The citation he said that he was 70% sure he could get that thrown out ...completely but was 100% sure he could at least get me no points assessed to me. He went above and beyond for me getting both issues thrown out all together and have to pay nothing except the cost of hiring Albert. Thank you. And will recommend your law firm to any uber driver in my situation.

I hired them for the traffic ticket I got. I was told by email that my case was dismissed. Couple weeks later I received another letter from them saying Good Morning Mr...... , I sent you the wrong disposition letter your case was not dismissed you got an Adjudicated withhold. Here is the correct dis...position letter. I apologize for this mistake. now I have to pay $162.00 for the ticket. What was the whole point of me hiring them if they can't win the case and that's not what upset me. What upset me the most is that I was joked around by receiving wrong letter and got me happy. What if I was in another country on a vacation and didn't come back till way later then when my ticket was do I would've gotten my license suspended. This place is a joke I never hire them again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
