OUTCOME: Possession - Dropped / DUI - Amended to a Reckless

Client for DUI. The police found him passed out at a red light, again they pulled him from the car and they found marijuana and he failed the field sobriety exercise and he had a breath test result wel ... l above the legal limit. I was able to get the marijuana charges dropped and the DUI reduced to reckless driving and it was an amazing result considering the evidence.
