Albert and his staff, especially his legal assistant/office manager Ms. Carrillo were very attentive, honest, professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process with myself and my traffic infraction. They were extremely honest with the best and worst case scenarios but left me with extreme... confidence when building a packet to help defend my case. I never had any doubt and always had a contact to speak to if I ever had a question or concern about my case. Would highly recommend.
