When a mortgage company came after me and my home for something out of my control and or doing I had went to 3 other attorneys that either just turned me away for being to complicated or lied and took thousands from me and didn't even do anything to help we found Mr. Stites (Thank God) not only did h...e know what I was dealing with right away. He knew what to do right away to help me. Within one hour of hiring him to represent me he already had paperwork filed through the courthouse to stop what was going on to give me time to go over my options. Mr. Stites has been done nothing short of above and beyond for myself and my family. Without him I don't even want to think about where my family and I would be right now. He was and has been there to answer all my questions and worries day and night. He definitely went above and beyond all my expectations. Mr. Stites never once made an empty promise to me. If he said he was going to do it. He did it. If he said this is what will happen. That's what happened. He is very transparent and will never tell you want you want to hear but will be completely upfront and honest with you and tell you what you need to hear and nothing but the truth and facts. He fights for you not the other guy. All in all Mr. Stites is honest, fair and upfront. He is not and will not waste your time or money. The only thing I wish would have been done differently for my situation is that I would have found Mr. Stites first before wasting my time and thousands of dollars on the other three attorneys.
