I contacted Michael Stites about a year and a half ago after having no luck finding a lawyer to help me with my foreclosure case and I'm more than happy with the legal defense he provided. He's helped extend me case a year and a half more in a house that I paid for it at auction which helped me rec...over some loss through my tenant being able to stay 18 more months. He is very reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable with many many years of service, knew of the judge overseeing our case and gave me a very accurate timeline and outcome that would occur and everything went exactly the way he said so I was very satisfied. Very easy to communicate with him via text and he is to the point which I like because I am always travelling and need quick answers. I would actually say he's the best in Florida. I've already recommended him to my other Real Estate Agent Friend and I would recommend him to you also.

He saved my money on the HOA and successfully negotiated a deficiency waiver for a multi-million dollar home I was upside down on. Michael gets on the phone with energy and actually produces. I paid the man and he filed things that afternoon. His paralegal Marcy always responded to texts within minutes which is very rare.
