Michael came into my life when my brother, 59 was fighting stage four cancer, not well enough to work and the HOA in his community decided to foreclose on him for not paying the HOA fees. he had purchased this retirement home 20 years ago for my parents so they wouldn’t have to worry in their retire...ment. I was appalled that someone’s community wanted to steal a family inheritance and foreclose and take the property from us. Michael was referred by a friend he fought the HOA he fought the foreclosure and we won. He saved my mom‘s home he was able to help us with a probate attorney he steered us in the right direction and because of him we had a very merry Christmas. If not for Michael and his team we would not be going into 2026 in good shape. Through the loss of my brother the HOA the foreclosure case and the probate case he never let us down. I don’t think it’s easy to beat HOA‘s they have a terrible reputation but he did it. We are beyond thankful for him and his firm.
