I was in a financial issue due to excessive medical bills and economic faults brought by covid shutdowns and had injuction placed on my house only finding out days before my court hearing on my home paniced i called any lawyer i could find, I was lucky to get ahold of Mike actually on his lunch still...

A great help
We were having difficulty negotiating with our HOA over late fees. Once we talked with Mr. Stites and told our HOA we had consulted him, they were quick to work out a payment plan! Thanks for the consultation!

Knows his stuff
We have known Michael for seven or eight years and he is fantastic! He knows how to baffle the opposing attorneys and buy you the time you need to get your mortgage caught up or to buy you the time to get your affairs in order and to move. He is fantastic.You couldn’t be in better hands!
