I contacted Michael Stites about a year and a half ago after having no luck finding a lawyer to help me with my foreclosure case and I'm more than happy with the legal defense he provided. He's helped extend me case a year and a half more in a house that I paid for it at auction which helped me rec...over some loss through my tenant being able to stay 18 more months. He is very reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable with many many years of service, knew of the judge overseeing our case and gave me a very accurate timeline and outcome that would occur and everything went exactly the way he said so I was very satisfied. Michael came into my life when my brother, 59 was fighting stage four cancer, not well enough to work and the HOA in his community decided to foreclose on him for not paying the HOA fees. he had purchased this retirement home 20 years ago for my parents so they wouldn’t have to worry in their retire...ment. I was appalled that someone’s community wanted to steal a family inheritance and foreclose and take the property from us. Michael was referred by a friend he fought the HOA he fought the foreclosure and we won. He saved my mom‘s home he was able to help us with a probate attorney he steered us in the right direction and because of him we had a very merry Christmas.
