I had a disagreement with my HOA where they took me to court trying to foreclose my home. Attorney Michael answered my call instantly and scheduled me an appointment for the following day. When I arrived I was greeted by Marcy, who was very friendly and nice within seconds Michael arrived. Attorney ...Michael was very informative and told me about the whole process to relive me of my stress this has caused. They day I left his office he had already filed the nessasary paperwork. Within the month he had my case dissmissed and resolved without any headache. He was very nice, friendly, personable, honest, upfront and reasonable. Attorney Stites was recommended by a friend of mine here in CT. I spoke with attorney Stites over the phone and he explained the entire process to me before hiring him. He completed my timeshare case in a couple months that has been going on for years. I originally hired a company to get me out of my... timeshare which ended being a scam and caused a foreclosure incident. When a mortgage company came after me and my home for something out of my control and or doing I had went to 3 other attorneys that either just turned me away for being to complicated or lied and took thousands from me and didn't even do anything to help we found Mr. Stites (Thank God) not only did h...e know what I was dealing with right away. He knew what to do right away to help me. Within one hour of hiring him to represent me he already had paperwork filed through the courthouse to stop what was going on to give me time to go over my options. Mr. Stites has been done nothing short of above and beyond for myself and my family. Without him I don't even want to think about where my family and I would be right now. He was and has been there to answer all my questions and worries day and night. He definitely went above and beyond all my expectations. Mr. Stites never once made an empty promise to me. If he said he was going to do it. He did it. If he said this is what will happen. That's what happened. The only thing I wish would have been done differently for my situation is that I would have found Mr. Stites first before wasting my time and thousands of dollars on the other three attorneys.
