We first met Attorney Michael Stites during a very difficult time in our lives a few years ago, but soon after speaking with him on the phone we realized we were absolutely speaking with the right person. Attorney Michael is kind, caring, honest, attentive, capable, compassionate, professional, a...nd very knowledgeable. He fought for us the whole time as though he was fighting for his very own family. And even though we had been working with him for quite a while as legal matters often take time, he never once pressured us or even asked us to complete an online review, unlike a different Attorney we previously contacted who kept pressuring us to give them a 5 Star Review immediately after making initial contact simply for them taking our retainer money, so of course we parted ways with that other firm. If you're reading this, you're more than likely in need of legal assistance like we were, and nobody is going to fight for you harder, more efficiently, and more succesfully throughout it all than Attorney Michael. And even when we had our doubts about the system failing, he would not let us give up and he kept going for us until the very end. When a mortgage company came after me and my home for something out of my control and or doing I had went to 3 other attorneys that either just turned me away for being to complicated or lied and took thousands from me and didn't even do anything to help we found Mr. Stites (Thank God) not only did h...e know what I was dealing with right away. He knew what to do right away to help me. Within one hour of hiring him to represent me he already had paperwork filed through the courthouse to stop what was going on to give me time to go over my options. Mr. Stites has been done nothing short of above and beyond for myself and my family. Without him I don't even want to think about where my family and I would be right now. He was and has been there to answer all my questions and worries day and night. He definitely went above and beyond all my expectations. Mr. Stites never once made an empty promise to me. If he said he was going to do it. He did it. If he said this is what will happen. That's what happened. He is very transparent and will never tell you want you want to hear but will be completely upfront and honest with you and tell you what you need to hear and nothing but the truth and facts. All and all if you are reading reviews then you are obviously trying to find yourself an attorney. Let me save you anymore looking, reading and wondering. HIRE Mr. Stites you will not be let down. He fights for you not the other guy. All in all Mr. Stites is honest, fair and upfront. He is not and will not waste your time or money. The only thing I wish would have been done differently for my situation is that I would have found Mr. Stites first before wasting my time and thousands of dollars on the other three attorneys. Thank you Mr. Stites for getting myself and my family though what could have been the worst thing in my life to of happened to us.

I contacted Attorney Stites in mid-December regarding my case. I was scared and nervous. He was kind, compassionate and didn’t judge my situation. He assured me he would do everything he could to help me and he did! He explained everything in terms that anyone could understand. He always responded to... my calls, emails and texts. His staff was helpful as well. If he couldn’t respond, they did. One month later, I am hours away from a resolution in my case. I couldn’t be more grateful for his support and service.

I wrote my original review back in July 2024 when Michael first helped my family begin the process of closing a case with our HOA that came to a complete shock to my family. 5 months later, Michael was able to have our case formally dismissed.
