Michael picked up the phone when I initially called, I didn't have to go through an assistant. He understood my issue immediately and assured me that he would handle it. The only thing I wish would have been done differently for my situation is that I would have found Mr. Stites first before wasting my time and thousands of dollars on the other three attorneys.
