Attorney Michael Stites gave me a free consultation to determine if he could help me with my case. Michael was kind and genuinely interested in my problem and concerns. After a lengthy conversation, and much good advice, he decided that he could not help me with my rather unique situation. He gave me... the name of another attorney who could help me with my legal issue. The other attorney is now helping me and I couldn't be happier with him. I was so pleased with Michael's advice and referral that I was adament about paying him for his time. He refused - he said "No, I don't charge for the initial consultation and I won't take your money unless I believe I can help you". I can tell you this - I already had two other lawyers that did take thousands of dollars of my money and didn't do anything to speak of, nor were they the least bit interested in doing so. Attorney Stites was recommended by a friend of mine here in CT. I spoke with attorney Stites over the phone and he explained the entire process to me before hiring him. He completed my timeshare case in a couple months that has been going on for years. When a mortgage company came after me and my home for something out of my control and or doing I had went to 3 other attorneys that either just turned me away for being to complicated or lied and took thousands from me and didn't even do anything to help we found Mr. Stites (Thank God) not only did h...e know what I was dealing with right away. I have to say Mike, Thank you. Mike’s law firm came through for my family and myself during the hardest part of my life. I was in a serious motorcycle accident and fighting for my life.
