Michael picked up the phone when I initially called, I didn't have to go through an assistant. He understood my issue immediately and assured me that he would handle it. He provided me with updates during the time he worked on my case. One month later and the issue was resolved. I had a disagreement with my HOA where they took me to court trying to foreclose my home. Attorney Michael answered my call instantly and scheduled me an appointment for the following day.
