Biography
I am a business-focused attorney with an M.B.A. and more than 25 years of experience advising companies, owners and executives on legal strategy, risk management, governance, and dispute resolution.
I maintain a dual practice serving as both commercial litigation counsel and outside general counsel to businesses across multiple industries. I represent diverse clients in matters ranging from contract claims and shareholder conflicts to regulatory compliance and real estate cases across various legal forums.
Earlier in my career, I served as Associate Vice President and Division Counsel at Fidelity Information Services (FIS), where I advised business units of a Fortune 500 fintech company on regulatory matters, litigation, contracts and commercial transactions.
This combination of in-house and outside counsel experience allows me to bring a practical, business-oriented perspective to legal issues, focusing on solutions that support organizational goals while managing legal risk.

The utmost integrity you can find

Knowledeable and Confident
