I hired him to write a letter to settle an issue which should have been argued under negligence. He wrote the letter but did not feel a follow up call regarding the letter should be included in what he was already paid. Common sense says you will need a follow up to discuss the letter sent. Replied last September 10, 2015Sorry you didn't get the result you wanted, but I actually did follow up and call him back a few times. Unfortunately letters are only so effective.
