I wish I knew about this site when we hired Justin but better late than never. We hired Justin around 2009 for our foreclosure and to be quick about this, it was the single worst mistake we made, not only was he overwhelmed with clients we almost lost our home because the didn't show for a court date... and forgot to file and extension. During one court date, we left the court room and he stated "I thought I was going to have to buy you a house" We paid him $1500 up front and not a penny more due to his incompetence. So I would be very careful if anyone wants to consider this attorney.

We are using Justin Clark & Associates to handle our past and present taxes and they have been very helpful in getting our questions answered and working on getting the problem resolved with our taxes from last year. I want to say Thank you to them for all the work they are doing and for keeping us u...p to date on their progress!! If you need your taxes done or owe the IRS I would defiantly give them a call.

We had been struggling to make payments on a toxic asset that was draining our lives for years and was about to ruin us. We went to and consulted with 4 other law firm before finding Mr. Clark. All 4 firms were advising us on various ways they could approach our situation but all their plans would... have left us with marginal or miserable relief. We spoke with Mr. Clark last and within 10 minutes of his evaluating our case , advised what out best course of action should be . We put a down payment on a credit card and let them do the rest. Within a years time we had accomplished a successful short sale and was granted a workout plan that has salvaged our lives. We cannot recommend this attorney highly enough. Do yourself a favor and set up an appointment with this law office in your quest to get in the right way , I am betting you will not be disappointed that you did. I was working with Gregory & Clark firm on my loan modification. My case was assigned to a Loan modification processor that limit her self to process paper work but was not aware of the guidelines and procedures. The attorney never handles the cases. After almost 2 years of process, they just tol...d me that according to the guidelines for my type of loan, the lender was not approving my modification because I am over 12 months behind on my loan. When I first contact this firm I was 10 months behind and I was never informed of those "guidelines" This firm just limits to submit your paperwork but they do not go any further. They are not informed of guidelines and proper procedures and they just wait until the bank decides what to do in your case. They do not request any audit for your loan and they are not willing to litigate.
