Will be my first choice every time!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Attorney David Jancha for my criminal defense case, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Early Termination of Probation

My Fiancée wanted to try and get off of probation early so we reached out to David. He helped walk us through the process so easily and I am happy to say probation is a thing of the past. I would definitely recommend David for any criminal defense needs!

I made the right choice!

I contacted Mr. Jancha due to having been charged with a First degree Felony and a First degree misdemeanor. I met with Mr. Jancha and explained my situation, he was very attentive and asked me very detailed questions pertaining to my case, everything was noted and a strategy was devised very quickly... in order to get the best results for my case. I told Mr. Jancha upfront that I did have a meeting with another attorney and that I would make my decision on who I would hire after I meet with the other attorney. Well to make this short I hired Mr. Jancha, I felt his attention to detail came first and knowing he had also been a public defender, his contacts and knowledge of navigating through the state's attorneys system, I felt that Mr Jancha would be best suited for my case! Also my intuition helped me make my choice, I just had a good feeling about him. I'm glad I might the right choice in hiring Mr Jancha, both my cases were dismissed within 2-3 weeks and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Mr. Jancha for your service and keep doing what you're doing, fighting for the innocent!

A life safer who quick, clear, compassionate and competent

I was referred to Dave Jancha after being attacked by a law enforcement officer at my home on a well-being check, I was charged with two 3rd degree felonies and thrown in jail. Dave saved my life. Within a week of hiring him he had the charges dismissed. First, he returned my call within hours (and... after hours) of my initial contact. He had already looked up the charges and with grace, intellect, and compassion he explained it all to me. In our first meeting, Dave listened to my story with care and compassion, helping me to understand how the law would understand it. Before this initial meeting, he researched similar cases and planned his defense. Furthermore, he had all the forms I would need to sign for this defense approach ready for me to sign. Finally, he walked me through every paragraph of his contract ensuring I understood it before I signed it. When I left Dave’s office I felt relief for the first time since the incident knowing I was in the best hands possible. Prior to meeting with Dave Jancha, I met with another prominent attorney in downtown Daytona Beach. They kept me waiting for almost an hour and switched me to a junior attorney at the last minute. She walked in, read me the police report, and did not ask or care to hear my story. She said, looks like the police did nothing wrong. Told me the case would probably cost $7,500 and gave me the contract to sign with no explanation. Furthermore, she told me I might have to go to anger management classes. I thought this was preposterous because the officer aggressed on me. Clearly, I was not the one with anger issues. The differences between these two attorneys are night and day. I hope you get by my story, that you will be in the best hands possible if you choose Dave Jancha as your attorney.

"AAA" Top Notch Attorney

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Jancha, he is Beyond professional he's very personal with his clients and after unfortunately hiring an attorney who was doing absolutely nothing and did not return any phone calls, we hired Mr Jancha and within 48 Hours had results !! I would definitely hir...e him again if needed, and would recommend anybody looking for a criminal defense attorney to contact him.
