David was recommended to me by Mr. Biggs the bail bondsman. After I got myself in a snafu in St. Augustine while on vacation. Being from out of state I was very worried about representation since I was not familiar with the area, I took Mr. Biggs advice and contacted David Jancha. I would still be in jail if it weren't for David. Some choices that I made landed me with 7 drug related charges. Everything from trafficking to paraphernalia. Only 2 of of those charges were misdemeanors. My family is from out of state and things were not looking good. The bail bondsman recommended ...this guy, and I am so glad that he did. The trafficking charge was lessened to possession, and i got one more possession charge, but the rest of the charges were dropped. I was granted a withhold of adjudication on the rest. Florida has mandatory minimum prison sentences for the charges I was facing, but with David's help, I am back in my home state with just a little bit of rehab. This guy really knows how to do his job. Throughout the process of all this, it was never any problem getting in contact with him, he always answered my phone calls or called me right back. I was never left in the dark about anything-all of my questions were answered quickly, and all resolutions were found quickly. He is such a nice and understanding man. I was really down through all of this and he lifted my spirits with encouragement through the whole process. He listened to me vent and I'm sure he had plenty of things he could have been doing instead. I can't think of any way I could have been helped more.
