I am struggling young man who work so hard to make ends meet and a Dad who wanted nothing but d best for my son. I hired Bano in early of 2016 for my divorce case and he charged me significant amount of money which I paid in cash out of my very last savings. Bano is such a fast talker and a very mani...pulative lawyer who made bogus promises to me. Bano went to court twice only in d few months that he handled my case, one was during mediation which lasted less than 30min and d second was a motion that lasted way less than 30min. Just a few weeks after these hearings Bano disappeared on me. He became very hard or almost difficult to reach. I could call and text his phone countless of times to ask d simplest questions and he would never respond. Only time Bano reached out to me again was to renew a contract and ask for more money after I already paid him thousands of dollars for just two court hearings that lasted about an hr and preparing very little haphazard paper work. If u’re ever looking for a lawyer for a case of any kind pls think twice, I wouldn’t recommend him. I am an immigrant from Africa and I work so hard inbetween jobs just to make sure I can be in my son’s life, Bano never cared about my situation but to rub me.I do hope there can be no more victims like me out there. He is not a good lawyer he is just a fraud and very manipulative who cares about no one but money.

I contacted a number of lawyers about handling my criminal offense, driving on a suspended license. I am now living in Pennsylvania and handling this out of state case was nothing but stress. The Florida DMV is impossible to deal with and life without a drivers license is no fun. Because this charged... was deemed a criminal offense, i had to appear in court personally, or hire a Florida attorney to appear in my place. We had couple of issues, all went away because attorney Bano is a scholar who knows the law and argues relentlessly. We had a misdemeanor in 2016 that he won, a subsequent expungement that he handled perfectly, and today he got a $400+ traffic ticket dismissed despite of a laser radar and a video evi...dence. The judge said she hasn’t heard anything like that for a year she was on that traffic court. He ripped apart the case because all the evidence turned out to be bogus, you should have seen that officer with a red face who couldn’t answer none of the questions. I bet he now knows how to test the radar properly - attorney Bano told him. I wasted time and money on Skubyak who just pleads nolo everybody without arguing the case, Mr. Bano withdrew the plea made by the previous attorney that turned out to be a big disappointment, and presented the case in a way that the deputy wanted to dismiss all cases for the rest of the day because he said all cases were done this way and he didn’t feel right to bring them. I couldn’t beleive in what I heard - just like we see in a Hollywood movies, the lawyer walked in and made heads turn. He did mentioned there are no guarantees in a court of law but what he said in court was something out of the ordinary, the deputy asked to repeat some passages several times and the judge took notes. The case was dismissed without me taking a stand because after Eneid Bano made his points there was silence in the room - there was simply nothing left to argue. Unfortunately, deputies don’t know the law and in a real life legislation is not always applied properly, and there are true lawyers like Mr. Bano who stand behind general public and help justice prevail. Well, back to normal life with a clean record! I learned a couple of valuable lessons, “don’t fix what’s ain’t broken” was one of them. I went with someone else and I lost, I called Eneid Bano and look at me - not guilty. God forbid if anything happens I know the lawyer I will call and recommend without reservation.
