STATEWIDE PROBATE REPRESENTATION
Our practice is heavily focused on Florida Probate, Estate Planning and Guardianship Law. We file Probate matters *STATEWIDE* and represent clients all nationwide and beyond. We've handled over 800 probate matters from start to finish.
I enjoy the challenges of my practice areas. I try to keep my office as efficient as possible by using software and technology, both of which keep me focused and accessible to my clients.
I prepare all legal pleadings and estate documents myself and do NOT outsource to paralegals.
It is incredibly important to us that our clients understand their cases. Client service is at the forefront of my practice philosophy. We are a tech savvy firm which translates into open communication with clients by phone, fax and email.

Represents profession well
Mr. Duong competently handled the Probate of an estate. He graciously took my case in spite of a complication. He always kept me informed. Feedback was always prompt. He is so professional and courteous. Such a pleasure to work with. I would definitely engage him again if I needed his services.

Long Distance Probate
I live in CA. and had to probate a pice of property in FL. We had what seemed like a lot of problems with the cort. Long worked with us to get the prober papers filed to get the issue resolved. This process was timing consuming but Long keep us informed.
