Outstanding attorney...

I live in AR - my dad was a FL resident, who passed away in March 2013. AFter researching probate attorneys in FL online, and reading various reviews, I contacted Long and immediately, he was able to answer my questions, assure me that the legalities could be handled without the need for me to trave...l to FL and what type of FL probate was most appropriate to my situation. Through email and telephone calls, he and his staff were always available and responsive to my questions and concerns. His fee for services was very reasonable, but most importantly, his caring and compassionate attitude and knowledge was equaled by his responsivenees and ability to answer my questions. I would highly recommend that anyone in need of a top-notch probate attorney retain Long to represent them. He raises the bar on attorney-client contact...being in the legal field myself as a paralegal for 18 years, this is not always the case with attorneys and their clients. Highly recommend Long....ten stars!

FANTASTIC ATTORNEY!!

I cannot say enough about Mr. Duong. His services were beyond exemplary in handling my Dad's Estate. I have never dealt with such a wonderful attorney. All emails and calls were answered promptly and efficiently. His replies and explanations were clear and concise. I would also like to mention t...hat his fees were more than reasonable. If anyone needs a Probate Attorney, he would be the ONLY one I would recommend.

Extremely pleased!

Long Duong was extremely helpful several years ago in setting up my mother-in-laws will and other estate planning issues. When her will had possibly been compromised by an outside source while she was in a vulnerable state, we contacted him to find out what we could do to assure that the will and ot...her medical choices would be intake since her physical health was diminishing. He made contact right away with us and allowed us to set an appointment at our convenience to have her come by, reviewed her will and medical choices with her and had her resign in a 'sealed' setting. She and her children are very much appreciative of the work that he did so quickly to take away the uncertainty that was there and the heartache that could have possibly ensued had her choices not been finalized again with the resigning. His fees at both signings were very reasonable for the work that was done.

I am a retired California attorney. My Dad 100+, a FLA resident died and I needed help w/ his FLA probate issues. Atty Doung (pronounced Young) invited free questions on his web site. He responded quickly. We had a number extended phone consultations. He was totally gracious and generous with his t...ime and expertise. Above all he gave me the practical advise that I needed. He was well experienced and he recognized that under my dad's sitation that no probate was really necessary and told me so, instead of trying merely to create a fee for himself, which speaks so strongly to his integrity. I conside myself very lucky to have found atty Doung. Based upon my own extensive (35+ years) experience, I recognize his superior quality. I am comfortable in recommending him to my family, friends and clients in Florida.

Estate Closing/re-opening for the State of Florida Unclaimed Funds

Mr. Duong was extremely helpful into the closing and reopening of my fathers estate when unclaimed funds were made available by the state of Florida. Due to the length of time since my father's estate was completed (mid 1990's) there was more involved than the normal request of funds. There was th...e formal closing of the estate, the reopening of estate etc. . Needless to say the check from Mr. Duong was received yesterday by myself and my brother from Unclaimed funds via Mr. Duong. A job well done.
