I have not met Rick but he represented my son on some very serious charges, I was upset, mouthy, and not too trusting because of the legal system. Rick was professional and never took anything I said to him personal. I am very humbled and appreciative for everything he did for my family. There is NOT...HING like a mother's love. One Thursday in 2014, I made a horrible mistake and drove drunk in Gainesville, FL. By Monday, after reviewing about 6 different lawyers, I had set up a consultation with Rick to discuss my options. Rick was very professional but still relatable-- young, UF alum, not judgmental in the slightest. Whil...e the legal system is slower than molasses, Rick made sure that my case was a priority and that it progressed as quickly as possible. I'm happy to say after a mini depression, he was able to show me the light and get me the best possible results! I was able to graduate with 7 job offers (which I did not think would be possible after being background checked) and am able to successfully relocate states to work for a prestigious employer. Hopefully I will never have to see him again, but it was an absolute pleasure working with him for the time that I did!
