We retained Mr. Bagen aer I was rear-ended by a negligent driver that was improperly insured. I was out of work for over a year, but I don’t remember having to reach out to him but maybe once. Either he himself or one of his a"en#ve sta$ would call to check up on me, even when there was nothing new to tell. I was simply blown away with the customer service side that he and his sta$ displayed with my case. He found out where above and beyond was, and started there. I would highly recommend, even plead with you, if you think you need an accident a"orney, call Mr. Bagen immediately. They are more than happy to assist in any way possible before you even retain him.

After being hit by a car while I was crossing the street and having my ankle broken 2 weeks before I was due to move out of Gainesville, I was definitely feeling super stressed (it didn't help that I had next to no experience in this area, had no insurance, and didn't even know what my next steps were). Luckily a friend of mine recommended these guys and the service I received was phenomenal. The day I called someone came over to examine my case and tell me exactly what was going to happen. In the months after that I communicated with my legal assistant Christine who kept me updated and told me everything I needed to do. Christine was great - very friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. I basically didn't have to worry at all while she & the office did everything for me - the process was pretty hands off. It's been 8 months since my accident and I'm feeling way better. I received my payment without any hassle and was reimbursed for any medical expenses I had to pay. It sucked to get hit by a car and not be able to walk for 3 months, but luckily I had these guys to help me through the process. Big thanks to the whole office and Christine!

As founder and administrator of Bagen & Associates, Mr. Bagen coordinates and directs the efforts of all of the attorneys and staff on behalf of the firm’s numerous injury clients. Over the years, he developed the firm’s motto, “Helping Florida’s Injured,” and is pleased to have had the opportunity to help injury victims from all walks of life, including laborers, teachers, police officers, doctors, and others in their claims against insurance companies and large corporations.

Mr. Bagen and his wife raised two wonderful children in North Central Florida. His son, Kyle, is an attorney with the firm. His daughter, Tara, graduated medical school and obtained her M.D. degree. She currently practices as a general physician.

Simply the Best

Mr. Bagen & his staff did a wonderful job on representing our case. They not only handled every issue between the insurance companies but work comp as well. They kept us well informed on the status of our case. And never failed to return a phone call when we contacted them. They were able to get a decent settlement in a reasonable amount of time. Happy Client

I hired Mr. Bagen and his office for an automobile accident. This case took 4 years to settle but Mr. Bagen was able to get it settled without the stress and anxiety of me having to go through litigation and court. Excellent Attourney and incredible staff!

A few years ago I was in an accident at no fault of my own. I had to take an ambulance to the local hospital with a concussion. This was the first accident I had ever been in that required me to call an attorney. A friend of mine recommended Steven A Bagen. When I made the call, the staff were very helpful and made me feel at ease immediately.
