Attorney J.P. Gonzalez-Sirgo is a former insurance claims adjuster and before launching his law practice in 1994 worked for a prominent insurance defense law firm in Miami. Since 1994, he has focused his practice on protecting the rights of victims of medical malpractice, hospital malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death and fighting for the rights of Florida insurance policyholders, consumers and small businesses. J.P. holds an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available to lawyers. The firm has recovered millions of dollars for claimants and victims of denied or underpaid insurance claims, victims of catastrophic personal injuries and wrongful death and on behalf of those that have been taken advantage of by Big Business and Big Insurance. I believe that Mr. Gonzalez-Sirgo is very understaff and does not have time to work on your case. He has a part-time secretary and that is his staff. There is no way he can work on your case trying to play secretary, paralegal and attorney at the same time

Replied last March 15, 2011I have a boutique practice helping insurance policyholders recover what they are due on their catasthropic insurance claims, zealously advocating on behalf of victims of catastrophic personal injuries or wrongful death and we fight for the rights of consumers and small businesses in Miami and throughout Florida. We have recovered millions of dollars for our clients. We take what we do very seriously and accept only the most meritorious and serious cases. Unfortunately, we had to turn down this particular client's case. We spent thousands of dollars having this client's case reviewed by reknowned doctors who concluded that there was not a viable case. The client was not happy with our decision to not accept the case for prosecution. I wish that there would of been a case that we could have helped her with. But there was not. We understand the client's dissapointment that we were not able to accept her case.
