Kevin Dwayne Robertson

Attorney Kevin Robertson assisted me with my case back in August of 2012. Kevin was able to get my 3 Felony charges reduced to 1 Felony, which was ultimately dropped after a year of PTI. Kevin also went out of his way to stand up for me during a hearing at a University I was attending and helped me... get back into school and attain my Bachelors. We are currently working on the expungement of my record. Kevin has helped me get my life back in order and has continued to support me even after my case.

Kevin was an excellent lawyer. He managed to turn my situation from something potentially very bad to as if it never even happened. Kevin is a former prosecutor and knows the "other side" and is able to provide enough information to his clients so that they understand all of the possibilities o...f what may occur. I was originally attracted to Kevin Robertson because his prices were slightly less expensively than the other lawyer firms I called. Kevin proved not only to be slightly cheaper, but a man I came to respect and one who won my case. Kevin was a very nice and professional lawyer. He was very knowledge...able. Every time I asked him a legal question, he would explain every angle of the particular question and seemed to go to lengths to make sure there were no loose ends. He took care of my case with ease and I didn't have to do anything. He told me the likelihood of success of every path. As a bonus, Kevin has been working in Alachua County for a long time and knows all the other defensive and prosecution attorneys, as well as the judges, which I do believe played a small role in my case. I suppose the thing I liked most about Kevin was him; he was easy to talk to, very nice and understanding, and also had a good sense of humor. Moreover, I could call him anytime, and meet with him at almost any time. Overall I had a pleasant experience with Kevin.

I had a serious issue regarding my foster child. He was taken from me by investigators because I tried to do the right thing. A co-worker asked me to call Mr. Robertson and although he was at a dinner party, he told me he would call me back. I was so surprised when he actually called me back. He apol...ogized for the lateness of the hour but it was okay. We talked that night and he told me he would call me before the hearing the next day. As promised, he called me and got the necessary information and said he would see me in court. Since I had never met him, I did not know who this handsome man was that came in and asked for me. As we talked before they called my name, he asked my husband and I to just keep quite and he would handle the situation. When the court started, he asked the judge if he could have a moment with the DCF investigators. The left the courtroom and 10 minutes later, they came back and the investigators agreed to return our son back to our care. If it had not been for Mr. Robertson, I believe we would have never gotten our son back and as a result, on May 3, 2013, we officially adopted our son. Mr. Robertson is very professional, knowledgeable and very kind. I have and would recommend him for any legal help that you want to WIN!!!!!!!!
