Kevin Dwayne Robertson

Recently I contacted Mr. Robertson all the way from Toronto, Canada because my nephew who was training in Florida (University Football) got into some trouble. Mr. Robertson was immediately reassuring and patiently explained how the American legal system works and what options were available. He... took the time to answer all my questions and was available by phone even on the weekends. Mr. Robertson did accept to represent my nephew and worked with the other legal entity. We did not know what to expect and much to our so HAPPY surprise, my nephew's case was dismissed! I had a serious issue regarding my foster child. He was taken from me by investigators because I tried to do the right thing. A co-worker asked me to call Mr. Robertson and although he was at a dinner party, he told me he would call me back. I was so surprised when he actually called me back. He apol...ogized for the lateness of the hour but it was okay. We talked that night and he told me he would call me before the hearing the next day. As promised, he called me and got the necessary information and said he would see me in court. Since I had never met him, I did not know who this handsome man was that came in and asked for me. As we talked before they called my name, he asked my husband and I to just keep quite and he would handle the situation. When the court started, he asked the judge if he could have a moment with the DCF investigators. The left the courtroom and 10 minutes later, they came back and the investigators agreed to return our son back to our care. If it had not been for Mr. Robertson, I believe we would have never gotten our son back and as a result, on May 3, 2013, we officially adopted our son. Mr. Robertson is very professional, knowledgeable and very kind. I have and would recommend him for any legal help that you want to WIN!!!!!!!!

My freshman year, Kevin Robertson helped me with my case involving criminal defense. At the time, I was completely overwhelmed and unsure about my future moving forward. I had a legal problem a few years ago and Mr. Robertson and Mr. Galigani helped me tremendously. They were both very level headed and knew what was going to happen. They told me things that I needed to do to be proactive and stay out of jail. I did these things, like volunteering, wrote an apology... letter, among other things. I had to speak in front of my school judicial board and Mr. Robertson even coached me up on what to say and how to say it. After two weeks, Mr. Robertson ended up convincing the other party to drop the charges. I also think that he is a very nice man and genuinely cares about people. You would be lucky to have a lawyer of his caliber...if you can afford him.
