Violation of probation
My son was arrested and facing up to life in prison on a violation of probation charge with a tough judge. Tania Alavi researched all options for his case. She went above and beyond as his attorney doing way more than just going to court. As a result of her defense my son was reinstated. We could not be more happy with our results!

Excellent Lawyer
I was so glad we were able to work with Ms. Tania. She was very thorough and took the time to explain the potential legal outcomes of our case, no matter how many questions we asked. She answers emails and phone calls quickly. We were put at ease by her compassion and a great wealth of experience with criminal law. She also is straight forward and was able to get our criminal case dropped before we ever had to go to court. She is very firm and fair. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. She also helped us clean up our records in the aftermath of the legal trouble.

Best attorney!
Mrs. Alavi was absolutely amazing! I was so scared and confused about what was going on and what I needed to do. She helped me by making sense of everything and explaining what we needed to do and where we were at. She knew exactly what she was doing and never dropped the ball once! Sensational Attorney
I was facing criminal charges for an incident in May. I must admit I was scared out of my mind. A friend recommended Tania to me. She was in control of the situation from the beginning and handled my case with extreme expertise. She was always available for questions and concerns via phone or email. I hired Ms. Alavi to work on my son criminal case and she was able to get my son out of jail, sooner that expected and was able to lower his charges. She is an unbelievable and outstanding lawyer. I not hesitated to hire her again or to recommend her to anybody.

I have used Ms. Alavi on multiple occasions for criminal defense. She is a knowledgeable, down to earth person who will take the time to consult with you on your legal issues and cares about the outcome of your case. She is also a no nonsense defense attorney who is highly respected by the state attorneys, Judges, and other attorneys in both marion and alachua counties. I highly recommend her and i never think of calling anyone else in my legal times of need. I have used her and her firm for over 10 years and on every ocasion, they have done exactly what they said they would do for me and exceeded my expectations. The Best!
I can only say GREAT things about Mrs. Alavi. I met with her for a consultation on or about 3 months ago, in regards to my son. She took the time to sit with me and talk for a lengthy period of time, she comforted me, she did not rush me, she listen, and showed compassion. I hired her on the spot. Mrs. Alavi took the time to answer my emails immediately, even called me on Sundays to answer my questions. The results of the case were exactly what we discussed. I highly recommend her.
