Hello. I am attorney Kevin Robertson, a former Prosecutor (Assistant State Attorney) in Alachua county, Florida.
Since 2006, I have been working in private practice in Gainesville, Florida. Although most of my litigation experience has been in Criminal Defense, I have been privileged to represent people seeking help in University of Florida Conduct Code and Honor Code Violation Hearings and Business-related contract disputes.
In addition to helping people resolve any felony or misdemeanor criminal charge, I also represent victims of crime, advocating for financial compensation, recovery and restitution on behalf of people whose lives have been adversely affected by the criminal actions of another.
