Fantastic family lawyer!!!!

I had a very urgent matter with the custody of my daughter and very little time to prepare. While deployed my wife found this firm and we hired Clark Henderson for the case and he hit the ground running. At the trial he fought as if it was for his own child and I'm thankful to say that we won I got m...y little girl back. I'm beyond greatful to Mr Henderson for the results.

Thoughtful attorney

Mr. Henderson was a very thoughtful, curtious attorney. I came to know Mr. Henderson after I had to switch attorneys in the middle of my case. This was a very stressful situation and Mr. Henderson assured me right from the start. He is very knowledgeable regarding the law. His office staff is on ...top of all forms being sent and on commmunications. I highly recommend Mr. Henderson!

Child Relocation

Mr. Henderson helped me with my daughter's child relocation case. He was an excellent attorney and I would recommend him to anyone with family law issues. During our first meeting Mr. Henderson explained the relocation statue in great detail and what would need to be done during the case. Mr. Hend...erson took the time to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. Prior to the court date anytime I called or emailed Mr. Henderson was quick to reply and made sure I had everything I needed. The entire staff was equally professional and prompt. During our hearing Mr. Henderson was professional and comfortable dealing with the judge and opposing attorney which helped calm me down as well. This was a stressful time for me but he made me feel at ease and was there every step of the way. If I ever need a lawyer to take care of my family law issues it will be Mr. Henderson.

Exceptional Services

I had seen many attorneys that just didn't give me a sense of ease. Then I met Mr. Henderson. Before I even stepped in the building I felt as though I was about to enter into a very professional atmosphere and I was right. When I first walked in the door I was greeted with kindness from the staff. I ...then met Mr. Henderson who immediately struck me as professional and kind. Sitting down with him and talking about my case for a few short minutes gave me the comfort and clarity I needed, right then I decided I wanted him as my attorney. He was beyond knowledgeable about everything I wanted and needed to know (not like the other attorneys who flipped through a book for the answers). He made sure to prove he was there for me and had my best interest in mind. Hiring him as my attorney gave me the sense of easy i was looking for. I walked out of his office feeling as though i had nothing to worry about. He had it all taken care of and would go out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend Mr. Henderson and am beyond grateful for his professionalism and the quality of service I received!

The best law firm in Okaloosa County

Mr. Henderson represented my son in his child paternity and shared custody case. My son is military, he was absent a majority of the time that the case was being prepared for court. There were so many obstacles to overcome in order to prepare a successful case for the hearing. Mr. Henderson and his t...eam not only worked hard with many time restraints, but they kept us completely informed at all times. There were times when the firm made contact with us on their days off just to be sure everything was going well with us. During the hearing Mr. Henderson was so prepared to present evidence in our case, we barely had to speak. Mr. Henderson is very comfortable and confident in the court room setting, this helped us a lot since we were on edge about the outcome of the case.On the day that my son won his rights in court, the attorneys rejoiced with us as if the child were their own. We plan on keeping in contact with Mr. Henderson for any future assistance we may need. My family is grateful for his services.
