Knowledgeable, understanding and patient
He worked out a payment plan with me, told me what to expect, the paperwork he needed and was there every step of the way thru my bankruptcy. I thought he was a very understanding person who truly cares and isn't just there for the money. This lawyer cares and is a gentleman.

DO HOT HIRE
I don't know how to not be identifiable and specific enough. He will only give you legal advice for what he sells. Period. That's a fact. He did NOT give me all of my legal options. That is fact! He is disorganized with his paperwork. That is fact. He has poor customer service skills. That is a fact....

Mr. Peek handled my case, at first was very nice but I thought a little "scattered". You have to reel him in and keep him focused on your case and not his tall tales.
