Phillip A. Pugh

Mr. Pugh has been more or less my personal attorney for over a decade now. What started out as a mechanic lein ( which he successfully won, including legal fees), has transpired into years of continuous work. He’s handled over a dozen real estate transactions for me, written contracts, evicted tenan...ts and dealt with predatory lenders. I’ve even hired him as legal counsel for HOA’s. He’s never missed a deadline, and always follows up.
