Phillip A. Pugh

Mr. Pugh has been more or less my personal attorney for over a decade now. What started out as a mechanic lein ( which he successfully won, including legal fees), has transpired into years of continuous work. He’s handled over a dozen real estate transactions for me, written contracts, evicted tenan...ts and dealt with predatory lenders. I’ve even hired him as legal counsel for HOA’s. He’s never missed a deadline, and always follows up. I expect to retain his services for at least another decade to come, and would greatly encourage anyone else seeking sound legal representation to do the same.

Our engineering firm has retained Mr. Pugh's services to assist with the filing of liens on at least two commercial design projects. On each instance, his correspondence with our prior client was professional yet firm. The lien paperwork was promptly filed. In both instances, the results were very po...sitive and had we not engaged his services the outcomes would have been very costly for our firm. Mr. Pugh was easy to work with and followed up to keep us informed throughout the process.

When my mother-in-law passed away earlier this year, she left with us the heartbreaking task of sorting her estate. She owed almost more than the house was worth so we couldn't afford to keep her house, even to rent out. We were so overwhelmed with her bills, transferring ownership of vehicles, an...d how to go about obtaining ownership of the house (so we could sell it)... and all the other little problems that popped up. We were completely at a loss. We had no clue where to start. I'm so thankful we decided to hire Phillip Pugh. Once we furnished copies of all the pertinent information, he took care of everything else. We really didn't have to worry about anything after that. Mr. Pugh ran into a few snags with the estate and some of my mother-in-law's creditors, but we never really had to worry about it. He consulted with us just to fill us in on what was going on, but he handled everything. I literally don't know what we would have done without his legal expertise. He even managed to make sure that my husband received a check (and we thought for sure we would end up paying in the end). We were so blessed to have him working on our behalf!!

Completely inept and arrogantly ignorant. Missed deadlines with the Court which jeopardized the case, completely void of formulating any true strategy, thereby, getting led around like a little kid by opposing counsel. Did not tell the truth. Can't work with an attorney that is not completely hone...st.
