I used Michelle Nguyen as my divorce attorney for an uncontested divorce this year. I found her via an old Reddit recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. She brought me in for my consultation within a couple of days and, from the start, she was very clear about how everything in a Florida uncontested ...divorce works (almost felt like I was getting an education). She walked me through all the steps, explained every form, and made what I assumed would be a very really stressful situation into something extremely manageable. Even though I was the one who officially retained her, Michelle was wonderful about making the whole process easy for my wife as well. My wife and I were both generally in agreement on the terms going in, aiming for an amicable outcome, and Michelle was so fair and balanced in how she communicated everything and laid out various scenarios for asset division, alimony, child support, and the whole nine yards. She was upfront about costs (there were no hidden surprises) and super patient with all my (many, likely often annoying) questions. She provided an easy-to-use software to collect the base info and keep all the paperwork straight, and she was extremely responsive (she was consistently always just a call, email, or text away whenever I needed her, which I greatly appreciated). I highly recommend Michelle to assist in your divorce or family law case. In the end, she turned something scary and daunting into a very clear and smooth process for both my wife and I, from consultation to filing to official approval. I would hope I never need her services again for the same reason, but if I did, I’d go back to her in a heartbeat. Five stars!
