I have had an opportunity to work with many appellate and post-conviction lawyers from all around the state over the years, so I have a frame of reference for giving this review. Mr. Ufferman is simply the best there is. It might be overly blunt to say it this way, but he is more intelligent, more ar...ticulate, and a harder worker than everyone else I’ve encountered. Perhaps most importantly though, his reputation precedes him... you always know that judges are actually going to pay attention and give credence to the arguments raised when Mr. Ufferman is on the case, which believe it or not is half the battle with an appeal or post-conviction motion. I wouldn’t even consider hiring anyone else.
