Poor communication
Mr. Soto (or his office) never contacted me with updates to my case. All communication was instigated by me. He was 45 minutes late to court. I don't feel he investigated all aspects of my case. Defeatist condescending attitude he works against you not for you.
He makes every excuse in the book and blames the law for his shortcomings as a professional. He is disrespectful ad yells at clients as if you work for him. Excellent attorney
Mr. Soto is an excellent attorney who knows his law. The bigest problem he had is the law in florida is hard to work with. My expereince with him and his staff was very good. I appreciate all that he and Cathy did to help me with my case.
