We came to Randy in 2016. He was very gracious and very concerned for all we had been through. He always kept in touch through email or phone calls (if it was urgent enough) to let us know what was going on with our case and what he needed from us. We knew up front that the other side would drag it out as long as possible. It took nearly 3 years, but Randy saw it through and we came to a good settlement so that we wouldn't have to relive the entire ordeal in court. He explained both best and worst case scenario so that we would know what we were up against if we went to court. I would highly recommend Randy Pelham for any personal injury case. He will get the job done.
I represent injury victims due to others' negligence. I've handled everything from auto wrecks, slip & falls, products liability, and mass tort cases which involve thousands of claimants against pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Pelham was a police officer in Miami; one of America's toughest cities. As a police officer, Mr. Pelham learned about the importance of caring and compassion when working with people who have been injured or wronged by others. This uncommon concern for others is one of the reasons why he has been so successful working with injured parties and has developed so many satisfied and loyal clients. Additionally, Mr. Pelham was injured in the line of duty as a result of another person's negligence and knows first-hand the ordeal his clients are going through.
Born and raised in Miami, Mr. Pelham joined the city's Police Department in 1982. Not surprisingly, he graduated first in his class in the Police Academy. In 1989, he enrolled in law school at the University of Miami and continued to work full-time as a police officer. He was awarded his law degree in 1992. Representing injured parties is what Attorney Pelham does best. He tries to meet with all new clients who choose The Pelham Law Firm as their law firm, as outstanding client service is one of his top priorities. He is an active member of the Florida Justice Association and the Million Dollar Advocates Program.
Recently Randy co-authored a personal injury book entitled, "A Cup of Coffee With 10 of the Top Personal Injury Attorneys in the United States." The royalties of this book will all be going to charity and the firm is excited to announce that the book has been recognized as an Amazon Best Seller. This makes our very own Randy Pelham a "Best Selling" Author. The book was ranked amongst 7,000,000 other books and it came out as #845, which is in the top 1%. In the "Best Seller" category for Amazon, the book ultimately ranked #1 for Law Specialties, #1 for Personal Injury and #6 for Law. It was also recognized as one of the "Hot New Releases."

Randy was very attentive during our initial consultation. He did provide a list of Doctors that would help treat my injuries. After our initial visit, I was informed by his staff ( who stated she was taking pain medicines) that the attorney does not contact me again until there is a settlement offer. The staff was very unprofessional.

Response from Randy PelhamJune 12, 2015
Here are the procedures in my office, which I explain to every client. When the file is opened, letters are sent out to the at fault party, insurance companies, hospitals, witnesses, etc. I send my clients a copy of every letter that goes out so they know what is going on. I also explain to each client that once these initial letters go out, I do not contact them again unless an evidentiary issue comes up. Therefore, I wait for my client to finish treatment and inform the client to contact me when his/her treatment is finished so we can start the settlement process. All clients are informed during this "silent" period, they are free to call me and schedule a phone or office conference, or send me an email if they have any questions. If any client feels that my staff has not been professional or courteous, I encourage their feedback so I can address their concern.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
"I endorse this lawyer. Randy was opposing counsel on a couple of cases and I enjoyed practicing against him. He is very professional, knows his case and his client well, and is always well prepared. He is deeply involved in each of the cases he handles, and has personal knowledge of the details of the case (that was my experience on the cases I handled). Furthermore, he is not afraid to take on more difficult cases and makes good arguments for his clients in those cases."
